Joining Brian today is a special guest who knows him very well… his co-worker Johno Kabbendjian! They work together at a podcasting network where Brian produces several of Johno’s shows. But they also have something else in common… weight loss.
Johno has been there throughout Brian’s entire weight loss “adventure,” from the moment he first said he was going to eat two weeks of potatoes up until now when Brian has lost over 200 pounds. Johno has also lost 100 pounds of his own, but in a very different way. Listen as they discuss and offer words of encouragement to everyone else out there who is trying to lose weight!
